Slade Architecture: The Kenig Residence

Three stories high, the Kenig Residence is the home to a family of four: Ricky Kenig and his three daughters. The house was built in 1899 and the current renovation took 18 months and $1.3 million. The Kenig Residence is located in Park Slope, Brooklyn. This space was redesigned and renovated by James & Hayes Slade from Slade Architecture. The concept was to mix private and public spaces into a loft-style with a simple photographic touch to the walls.
